Products sold by Optic Diamant benefit from the applicable legal guarantees, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity.
For new goods sold to a consumer, the legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years, in accordance with the applicable Belgian legislation.
If there is a problem
If you have a problem with a product, contact us or write to contact@opticdiamant.be stating:
- your order number or proof of purchase;
- the product concerned;
- a description of the problem;
- if necessary, photos showing the defect.
Damage resulting in particular from improper use, an accident or normal wear and tear does not necessarily constitute a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee.
